Fermion Securities is an Alternative Investment Fund registered as a Limited Partnership who's investment strategy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of any kind of financial instruments (including derivatives, indices, stocks, currencies, commodities and futures), these include all types of transferable securities (listed or not), in units and shares issued by all types of investment entities, in cash and cash equivalent assets.
The objective of the Fund is to offer investors an alternative investment vehicle seeking absolute return on investments and aiming at delivering an average annual net return around Sofr (ex libor) plus 150bsp or greater, without correlation to general market performance. The Fund will have nevertheless a high level of diversification as per the composition of its basket of securities and will mainly invest in a diversified portfolio of fixed income products without any particular weighting in order to achieve its objective.
